TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 – Section 14 (2)

Kent County Council gives notice that Cornwall Road, Walmer has been closed to through traffic, on or after 9th December 2025 for up to 4 days.

The road is closed outside number 67 Cornwall Road.

The alternative route is via Cornwall Road, Downs Road, Somerset Road and Telegraph Road.

This closure is necessary to enable emergency hydrant repair works to be carried out by Southern Water.

This Notice applies when the relevant signs and barriers are on site and is valid for a period of no more than 21 days.
