The Second Elizabethan Age has ended. This nation's guiding light, which seemed so permanent, has been extinguished and we mourn the passing of a monarch who has framed our lives. We offer our heartfelt condolences to her family and our grateful thanks to Her Majesty for a lifetime of unstinting service
