GILFORD ROAD, DEAL

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 – Section 14 (2)

Kent County Council gives notice that Gilford Road, Deal will be closed to through traffic, on or after 8th May 2025 for up to 2 days.

The road will be closed at the junction of Blemhiem Road.

The alternative route is via Park Avenue, Mill Road, A258 London Road, Queen Street, Broad Street, Beach Street, Prince Of Wales Terrace, Deal Castle Road and Gilford Road.

This closure is necessary to enable carriageway repairs to be carried out by Kent County Council.

This Notice applies when the relevant signs and barriers are on site and is valid for a period of no more than 5 days.
