Enjoy Armed Forces Day at Dover Castle

Saturday 28 June marks a day where we pay recognition to all those who are serving and have served in our Armed Forces. It is a day we can truly show our respect for what they do for us and for keeping our nation safe.

This year, in conjunction with the Royal British Legion (Dover White Cliffs) and English Heritage, we will be hosting this event within the grounds of Dover Castle, a fortification which symbolises how Dover has been a military garrison town for over 1,000 years.

To make this an even more special day, English Heritage has donated 500 free entry tickets to the castle. This will allow you to come and enjoy a day full of exciting activities, displays and demonstrations, and an opportunity to explore the castle.

These tickets are on a first come first serve basis, and each individual will need their own ticket, including children. The event will take place from 10am to 4pm.
