Southern Water - Temporary Road Closure - Kingsdown Road, Walmer - 28th August 2025 (Dover District)

Due to works planned to be undertaken by Southern Water, it will be necessary to close part of Kingsdown Road, Walmer, from 28th August 2025 with estimated completion by 3rd September 2025.

Kingsdown Road, Walmer, will be closed outside number 52, to the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.

The alternative route for any through traffic is via Kingsdown Road, Granville Road, Liverpool Road, Clarence Road, The Beach and vice versa.

Pedestrian access will be maintained during the works.

The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while allowing water works to be carried out, works are undertaken by Southern Water.
