Haymaking at Hawkshill Freedown

This year sees the second annual cutting and grass raking event at the meadow on Hawkshill Freedown, volunteers of all ages are welcome to come along and help out with piling up the grass for later use by the councillors and local volunteers. The haymaking continues on 25th September 10am to 12pm, so if you have a little time on your hands and you feel like getting out for a little while then why not come and have a go!
