CHERITON ROAD, WALMER

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 – Section 14 (2)

Kent County Council gives notice that Cheriton Road, Walmer has been closed to through traffic, on or after 4th December 2025 for up to 8 days.

The road is closed along Cheriton Road.

The alternative route is via Cheriton Road, A258 The Strand, North Barrack Road, York Road and Cheriton Place.

This closure is necessary to enable emergency repair work to be carried out by Southern Water.

This Notice applies when the relevant signs and barriers are on site and is valid for a period of no more than 21 days.
