TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 – Section 14 (2)
Kent County Council gives notice that Liverpool Road, Walmer has been closed to through traffic, on or after 24th April 2026 for up to 15 days.
The road is closed outside number 33 Liverpool Road to junction with Lord Warden Avenue.
The alternative route is via Liverpool Road, A258 Dover Road and Granville Road.
This closure is necessary to enable emergency drainage works to be carried out by Southern Water.
This Notice applies when the relevant signs and barriers are on site and is valid for a period of no more than 21 days.
