TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 – Section 14 (2)

Kent County Council gives notice that Gladstone Road, Walmer has been closed to through traffic, on or after 2nd June 2026 for up to 8 days.

The road is closed along Gladstone Road.

The alternative route is via Canada Road, A258 Dover Road, B2056 Cornwall Road and Hamilton Road.

This closure is necessary to enable emergency water mains repairs to be carried out by Southern Water.

This Notice applies when the relevant signs and barriers are on site and is valid for a period of no more than 21 days.
